For the Kurve project, our client envisioned an engaging video production that would highlight the property's distinctive architecture and prime location. This initiative was strategically planned to be executed prior to the completion of construction, aiming to accelerate the preleasing process and generate early interest.
Our team faced the unique challenge of filming an active construction site and meticulously planned our shoots to showcase the property’s best features while carefully avoiding incomplete areas to maintain aesthetic appeal and viewer interest.
