Scope
For Trailwinds Grapevine Apartments, we created a polished video that showcases the community’s serene yet modern lifestyle. Using smooth cinematic footage mixing in cinematic interior shots, along with detailed views of the surrounding Grapevine area, we highlighted the resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor lounges, and scenic walking trails. This project was part of a larger portfolio for Equity Residential, where we efficiently captured over 10 properties in the Texas area in one streamlined production effort, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality presentation across all assets.
