Scope
For this project, we created an engaging video that captures the essence of modern living in West Dallas, TX. Combining aerial drone footage, cinematic interior visuals, and lively scenes from the surrounding neighborhood, we emphasized standout features such as the rooftop lounge, resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and stylish apartment interiors. This project was part of Equity Residential’s expansive portfolio, where we produced high-quality media for multiple properties in Texas, delivering a cohesive and polished presentation as part of a streamlined production workflow.
