Scope
At the serene waterfront of Portside Ventura Harbor, our client envisioned a cinematic video production and photography project that captures the unique, laid-back lifestyle of this multifamily complex. Nestled along the picturesque harbor, the property boasts distinct structures and an array of amenities including lush common areas, sports facilities such as volleyball and tennis courts, and the charm of electric boat rentals. Our task was to convey the essence of this tranquil oasis through visuals that highlight not just the scenic views but also the warm, inviting atmosphere of the available apartments.
