In this project for Toll Brothers' development, Rafferty Calle Cuatro Santa Ana, we were commissioned to create a vibrant video production paired with stunning photography that truly reflected the unique lifestyle offered by this multifamily property. Capturing the essence of fifteen beautifully designed common areas and three elegantly furnished model units, our visuals were crafted to align seamlessly with the Rafferty brand's distinct cultural aesthetic and voice.
CLIENT FEEDBACK & Results
Our production highlighted the property’s most engaging features, including a chic Speakeasy, luxurious dog spa, expansive dog run, inviting pool and BBQ area, innovative podcast room, and creative pottery room. Each element was showcased with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling, ensuring the viewer not only sees but feels the vibrancy and sophistication of the Rafferty living experience.
